Buttery. We Keto folk love our butter! Sugary, minus the sugar! As a sugar substitute I use Swerve brown sugar replacement.
I’ve tried this recipe with almonds but the deliciousness ran right off of the almonds, rather than getting stuck in the crevices of the pecans. Adding the pumpkin pie spice to the pecans is optional, as they awesome with or without the spice. It’s up to you.

Keto Candied Pecans
Ingredients- 3 cups pecans
- 8 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup Swerve brown sugar replacement
- 1/2 teaspoon Pumpkin pie spice (optional)
Directions
- Heat butter in a pan over medium heat until melted.
- Add pecans and stir. Add Swerve brown and pumpkin pie spice and stir again.
- Continue stirring 3-4 more minutes.
- Remove from heat and let cool in a Pyrex dish.
- Eat them;)
