Recipe: Fast & Easy Pizza Crust

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Fage (or other plain) yogurt
  • 2 cups self-rising flour, plus more for kneading
  • Pizza toppings

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees
  2. Mix together the yogurt and flour until well combined.
  3. Flour a cutting board. Put yogurt mixture on cutting board
  4. Knead the dough into the flour until it is no longer sticky.
  5. Roll dough into a pizza shape
  6. Place dough on a non-oiled baking sheet
  7. Cook dough in oven for 3-4 minutes
  8. Remove and add pizza toppings.
  9. Cook pizza until cheese is melted, about 15 minutes
