Ingredients:
- 2 cups Fage (or other plain) yogurt
- 2 cups self-rising flour, plus more for kneading
- Pizza toppings
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees
- Mix together the yogurt and flour until well combined.
- Flour a cutting board. Put yogurt mixture on cutting board
- Knead the dough into the flour until it is no longer sticky.
- Roll dough into a pizza shape
- Place dough on a non-oiled baking sheet
- Cook dough in oven for 3-4 minutes
- Remove and add pizza toppings.
- Cook pizza until cheese is melted, about 15 minutes
