I’m prepping for a party I’m throwing tomorrow night and I thought that mini pizzas would be a great appetizer. After all, who doesn’t love pizza?!?

With my Fast & Easy Pizza Crust recipe this appetizer is quick to make and, because the pizzas are mini, they’ll fit on my guests plates well without having to cut slices from a big pizza. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

• Fast & Easy Pizza Dough
• Marinara
• Fresh basil
• Mozzarella cheese

Directions:

1. Make your pizza dough
2. Spread marinara onto the crusts
3. Add slice of fresh mozzarella (shredded cheese is fine too)
4. Bake pizzas at 350 degrees F until Cheese is melted, about 5 minutes.
5. Top with a fresh basil leaf
