
Here it is, raw. I am SO done with not seeing results from my workouts. I joined an awesome gym last year and was religious about going. I worked my @$$ off an in the beginning I did see results. But I hit a plateau within a few months…oh and my thyroid snuck down to being low without me knowing.
Anyway, long story short, I was not seeing results and because of my thyroid, I started gaining weight again <Insert Sad Emoji here>.
About a month and a half ago my thyroid doctor got me back on track, but I felt absolutely hopeless because my workouts didn’t seem to help. Too much of one thing was keeping me on that plateau. So I decided to take action.
In the past I’ve seen amazing results from both Insanity as well as Insanity Max:30. So it seemed like a good idea to try something that HAS worked for me.

So, here I go again. Today is not actually day 1. To tell the truth, I was waiting to write this until I knew I wouldn’t quit. After all, each and every workout is HARD and a major accomplishment. So I’m actually in the middle of my second week with it.

And here’s something exciting–>> I can feel it already working! Also I’ve been adding Pilates, ab workouts, and going on 2-3 mile walks.

<Also, I should let you know that, though I haven’t been “coaching” for the last 2 years, I am technically still a Beachbody Coach. I’m not trying to sell you anything.
