Do you ever just not want to work out?That is SO me right now! I have dozens of excuses spinning in my head of why I don’t need to do it…but I have a plan of action to make it happen: Just. Push. Play.
For as many excuses that I have for not needing to workout, I have reasons why I need to. I need endorphins daily. I need to set a healthy example for my kids. I feel more energetic when I’m done. I feel happier when I’m confident in my own skin and fit into my clothing. This is the only body I get, so I need to take care of it.

What’s your reason to exercise? You only need one. And then just push play!
