If you’ve been following me recently then no doubt you’ve seen my daily Whole30 journal entries. I took the Whole30 challenge to improve my health and lose weight.

In 15 days I lost 5 pounds and feel a lot better. But last night my husband and I went on a date and my Whole30 went out the window. And I’m okay with that.

So let’s just call my Whole30 what it really was; a Whole15. And while I indulged in wine and a cocktail and a delicious meal followed by half a piece of cheesecake, I do plan on being mostly Paleo. This means that I have learned a lot about myself, what foods makes me feel worse, and I plan on only indulging here and there.
