Day 14: My Whole 30 Journal 

Today went fine. Not spectacular and not terrible. My energy wasn’t as free-flowing as yesterday, but not terribly low either.


There’s really not much to post about. The biggest thing was that I discovered a recipe to make a Paleo and Whole30-approved pineapple sherbet. So yummy.

Basically I’m just posting to let you know I’m still on track. Goodnight.
