Today was easy and today was hard. I had plenty of things around to munch on, yet I’m missing my old lifestyle of pizza and cereal. It’s an emotional problem and mental struggle. I know I don’t need to eat like that. I just enjoyed eating so much better before…
The Whole30 isn’t easy. That being said I am still doing it. 11 days down.

Breakfast: 2 eggs, homemade hashbrowns, and a half a cantaloupe.
Lunch: a Cashew Larabar
Dinner: Zucchini Noodles with homemade marinara and an orange for dessert.
