Day 9: My Whole 30 Journal 

I’m running. Outta. Steam.

I’m not sure what’s up today, but I’ve felt like quitting the Whole30 challenge several times. I’ve compromised by eating Larabars or drinking (off limits) Naked juice smoothies. 


Oh yeah, and it’s caramel time at the grocery store. How in the world did I pass this up?!  The answer: just barely.


I felt ambitious earlier and turned a regular recipe into a Paleo muffin recipe. Baked Paleo foods like muffins are off limits, but I baked them anyway. #Rebel


As far as Paleo recipes go, these Paleo Huckleberry Muffins were good. But no matter how much I tried, I can’t get used to using almond flour and coconut flour. So maybe I’m done being a rebel with the baking.


Tonight I’ve made some Butternut Squash soup to accompany our steak dinner. It should be tasty. 

Hopefully I’ll be more excited tomorrow…. I really want to do the whole 30 days of the Whole30!
