Day 6: My Whole 30 Journal 

Cravings…what cravings? Suddenly my strong desires to eat junk have left. Apparently I can now be around junk food like ice cream cones and Doritos, and easily resist. So that’s a big “yay!” for me.

Today’s been a good day. I stepped on the scale this morning (even though it’s against the Whole30 rules). Down 3 pounds in 5 days. Boom! Exciting! I know it may be water weight coming off, but I’ll take it.

The day started off with black coffee (duh!) and a handful of cashews. After my workout I happily munched on an apple Larabar. 

For lunch I made a salad with my Raspberry Balsalmic Vinaigrette. It was great. 

Now I’m setting up dinner. ~
