10 Books that will Change your Life

Do you read personal development books? How about listen to inspiring podcasts? If you don’t, you should. And if you’re looking to be a more driven and positive person, then you should start doing daily personal development like, yesterday.

I’m a serial entrepreneur with life-ADD. I tend to get into something, put my heart into it, but eventually move onto a new adventure. Over the years I’ve made wedding cakes, written and self-published a novel, was a certified fitness instructor at a local gym, worked as an online fitness coach with Beachbody, and opened two Etsy shops to sell screen-printed shirts and wooden signs and furniture.

I’ve learned a lot of different skills through my adventures, but probably my biggest takeaway has been doing personal development. As a Team Beachbody coach, the company encouraged me to do daily personal development. To be honest, I’d previously viewed it as self-help for people with serious issues. But I did as instructed, and was pleasantly surprised how much it changed my view on everything and made me such a more driven and positive person.

So now while I am no longer working my online fitness business, I am still very much in love with personal development. If you would like to impact your life and/or business in a BIG way, you should definitely get started with personal development asap. I’ve compiled a list of my favorites for you to start with. Enjoy!
